Zebra 110Xi III Plus Paper Out Error

Zebra 110Xi III Plus Paper Out Error

Media is loaded, printer is on but receiving a paper out error? This could be a few things but is most likely one of 2 things. A paper out error means the printer is out of labels, the labels are not loaded correctly or the sensor has become obstructed in some way. Either of these can lead to a Zebra 110Xi III Plus Paper Out Error.

A printer will eventually use up all the labels on the roll. When this happens the printer will display an error stating ‘Error Condition Paper Out’. This is completely normal and happens from time to time. Simply, replace the spent spool with a new roll of labels and close the printhead back down, hit the pause button and you’re ready to print!

However, a printer can also produce a paper out error condition when the media is loaded incorrectly and skipping over the media sensor or the media sensor has become blinded/obstructed by debris. Follow the diagram on the inside wall of the printer to properly load the printer with media.
