Zebra 110 Xi III Plus Parts

Need Zebra 110 Xi III Plus Parts? Is your printer getting utilized less and less just because it doesn’t have network capabilities? The entire printer can be modified and replaced in the right hands. The pros at BCTP can make modifications to your printer and install the options seamlessly. Base model printers can be modified for all your different printing needs. Rewinders, peelers, cutters, ports and moving parts are all replaceable or can be installed into your existing printer.

A Zebra 110 Xi III+ printer is a sturdy, well made machine. There are, however, several parts that are designed to wear over time. The printhead, for example, if left alone will last indefinitely but the fact is that we need to put these items to use. Over time of continued use parts will wear and eventually malfunction completely. The platen roller is made of rubber and as the paper label passes through the machine, wear marks can appear at the edges of the label embedded into the rubber. The platen also tends to be the victim of sharp objects attempting to remove printed or jammed labels and this can damage the platen roller so much that it affects the quality of the print. At times, a barcode won’t scan because lines are missing from grooves in the platen roller or because it has worn and causes the print to fade on one side. All printers operate with some sort of pulley system to drive all the moving mechanisms. Rubber belts, plastic cogs and steel bearings wear over time of continued use and BCTP has you covered!
