Symbol/Motorola MC9090 Will Not Scan

Symbol/Motorola MC9090 will not scan? If so, it may not necessarily be caused by hardware failure. In fact, it can be something as simple as not having the correct program loaded on the device. Check the device for a program called ‘Datawedge’. If Datawedge cannot be found, you can simply download it. You can find and download the program here. Once you have the program downloaded, install it on your PC. Place the device in the cradle and sync to your PC. Once connected, (on the PC) go to Start>Appications>Motorola Datawedge and select install datawedge. On your device tap install to complete. If that does not solve the issue, then it may need some further evaluation. Please contact us for more details.
