Symbol MC9090 Touch Screen Is Not Working

Symbol MC9090 Touch Screen is not working? If you are having problems with your Symbol MC9090 touch screen, and it is no longer registering touches correctly, it is most likely due to the digitizer being damaged or malfunctioning. An easy way to test this is by trying to re-calibrate the screen by pressing the blue button on the keypad followed by the top left key (this is either the ESC key or ENT key depending on the type keypad you have). Once done, the MC9090 will take you to the calibration screen. If the screen fails to calibrate, then it may need further evaluation.

Please contact BCTP for details on sending the unit in for a FREE evaluation.
