Zebra 170XiIII+ Won’t Communicate?

If your Zebra 170XiIII+ printer isn’t communicating, there are couple possible solutions.  First ensure that the communication cable is not defective. If you have other Zebra printers that are working, try swapping out the cable from the bad one with a working one to test it. Another possible solution is to default the logic board. Do this by powering the printer off and then depressing the pause and feed buttons simultaneously while turning the printer back on. Continue to hold the pause and feed buttons until the printer is idle, then release. Hopefully one of these options will solve the issue. If not, please contact us for more detailed options and answers to your questions.
