Intermec CK3 is frozen..

Is your Intermec CK3  mobile computer frozen or unresponsive? While this can be caused by many things, the first solution to possibly fixing the issue is to do a warm boot of the unit. To perform a warm boot, hold the power key for 5-10 seconds. If after rebooting your CK3  device it is still frozen, proceed to the next step of cold booting the device.  To cold boot, first remove the battery. Next press the reset button, then re-insert the battery into the device, then finally press the power key. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the reset.  Hopefully you are back up and running.
