Barcode Trading Post works to make the return process straightforward while balancing the unique nature of barcode hardware, refurbished equipment, repair services, and custom-configured products.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior approval from Barcode Trading Post before items are shipped back. Returns submitted without authorization may be refused or delayed during processing.

Standard Return Window

Refurbished and Used Equipment

Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged after delivery

Repair Services
Repair-related charges including labor, diagnostics, troubleshooting, evaluation fees, and shipping costs may be non-refundable once work has started.
Barcode Trading Post will make reasonable efforts to identify equipment issues, but some problems may be intermittent, environmental, or not repeatable during testing.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees depending on the product condition, packaging condition, missing components, or manufacturer return policies.
- Returns with damaged packaging may incur additional fees.
- Missing accessories or damaged items may reduce refund amounts.

Shipping Responsibility

Warranty-Related Returns
Warranty claims are subject to the specific warranty terms provided at the time of sale. Damage caused by misuse, environmental conditions, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or shipping damage may not qualify for warranty coverage.
