Warranty Coverage for Barcode Equipment

All certified pre-owned barcode products purchased from Barcode Trading Post are backed by a one-year warranty. The warranty guarantees the barcode product(s) will function as originally intended by the original equipment manufacturer, without defect or malfunction for 30 days from time of purchase (*see below for terms and conditions).

Barcode Trading Post has designed a seamless process for assistance with your barcode product in the event of malfunction or failure. Simply contact your Barcode Trading Post representative and they will arrange for you to speak with a member of the technical support team free of charge. If the technical support representative is unable to assist in resolving the problem, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be issued for you to send in the product for evaluation and repair. Typical turnaround time on repairs is 7 to 10 days.

Extended Warranty Coverage for Barcode Equipment

Extended warranties are available for most certified pre-owned barcode products purchased from Barcode Trading Post.

The extended warranty will provide coverage beyond the standard one-year warranty provided on all barcode products purchased through Barcode Trading Post. Extended warranties range in term from an additional one to two years and provide for (*see below for terms and conditions):

• Depot Level Service: 7 to 10 day repair level service


• Overnight Loaner Service: Include a replacement loaner unit with 7 to 10 day repair level service

Shipping costs for barcode products with extended warranty coverage are covered to/from the customer's facility and Barcode Trading Post (within the continental US).

The rights and remedies provided herein are exclusive and in lieu of any other rights and remedies. Damages due to acts of nature, misuse or intentional abuse are not included in this coverage. In no event shall Barcode Trading Post be held liable for damages incurred by reseller of its customers as a result of use of a Barcode Trading Post Product beyond the scope of its intended use.
